We find the work eating your business, then we build the agents that do it.
Most AI agents are sold on a guess. We connect to the places your work already happens, your mail and your WhatsApp groups, and read what your business is actually doing, so the agents we build are the ones that pay for themselves.
This is the reading step. It is how we know what to build.
What Panorithm is
Software that reads where your work happens, and a team that acts on what it finds.
Two things, in that order. Panorithm connects to the places your business already works: the mailboxes, and the WhatsApp groups where half of it is actually agreed. It reads what is in them, contracts, quotes, invoices, signed agreements, scans, photographs of paperwork and the conversations wrapped around all of it. You ask a question the way you would ask a colleague and it answers, with the document attached.
That reading is also how we learn where your money and your people are going. You tell us which of it is worth fixing, we price each one, and we build the agents into the same platform, either for one role, one department, or everybody.
Connect a mailbox
Each person connects their own, through Google's own consent screen. Panorithm can read and draft. It was never given permission to send, delete or change anything.
Ask in plain English
Not a search box. You ask the question the way you would ask a colleague, and it works out which mailboxes to look in and which attachments to open.
Get the document, not a guess
Every answer arrives with the email or the file it came from. When the answer is not in your mail, it says so instead of inventing one.
Every business starts with the same reading agent, and it is general on purpose: you can point it at any question. The specialised agents arrive later, in the same place, and you decide who they are for. What happens inside one question
What it finds
The growth was already in your inbox.
None of this is hidden. It is in writing, in mailboxes you already own, and it goes unnoticed because reading all of it was never a job anybody had time to do.
Work you were never asked twice for
A client mentioned a second need in passing. A quote went quiet and nobody chased it. Somebody buying one service never heard that you do the other three.
Money going out at the wrong rate
A contract renewed at last year's price because the date passed unseen. A supplier put better terms in writing months ago and the email is still sitting there.
A client who was telling you for months
The same complaint reached three different people in three different inboxes. Nobody saw all three, so nobody saw a pattern.
Seeing the whole business
Know what is going wrong before somebody has to tell you.
Right now, finding out how the business is doing means asking eleven people eleven questions, and their answers describe last month. Ask Panorithm instead and it reads everything connected at once, so the state of the company is a question you ask rather than a meeting you schedule.
Today you ask for this. Having it arrive on a Monday without being asked is designed and not switched on yet. Everything that is and is not built
Sending documents to your accountant or auditor
The year-end document request takes ten minutes instead of three days.
Year end, a SARS query, a due diligence. Somebody outside asks for forty documents and one of your good people disappears into a folder for three days. Panorithm finds them in the mail, puts them into one bundle, and writes the email. Your accountant opens a link that stops working after fourteen days and only ever opens those documents.
They never get an account and can never search anything. They have to be somebody you approved in advance, and a person at your company presses send. How access and sharing work
Your best people
Stop paying your top performers to do admin.
The person who closes the most is also the one reconciling a statement, hunting a purchase order number and re-sending a quote nobody read. That work is real and almost none of it needs them. It needs something that reads carefully and fetches accurately, and here is what comes off their desk.
What happens the year after
The same people take on harder work, year after year.
An agent takes the work that was eating somebody's week, and they move up to something that needs a person. Some of that turns out to be repeatable too, so the next agent takes it. Nobody leaves and nobody is replaced. The floor just keeps rising, and that is the thing you are actually buying.
Cycle one. The week is mostly manual: rebuilding a partner site list, chasing quotes, pulling documents for the auditor, building a proposal deck, reconciling a statement, checking availability by hand.
Notice the week never empties. It changes composition, which is the point. What each stage costs
Where we connect
The decisions live in threads, not in your CRM.
The deal was closed in a WhatsApp group. The complaint was raised in a Slack channel. The scope change was agreed in a Jira comment and never written into the contract. Software that only reads your systems of record is reading the summary, not the business.
Mail and WhatsApp are both in from the first week. Mail connects itself; for WhatsApp you export the group chats that matter and we read them alongside everything else, so the conversations count from day one rather than after an integration lands. Mammrlla is verified by Meta as a Tech Provider, which is what turns that from an export into live intake once your number is registered.
The rest is honest about itself. Where it says not built, it is not built, and the ones needing only an API key are marked as such because they are weeks rather than quarters.
Your industry
An agent that does not know your work is an agent nobody uses twice.
Reading a document is the same problem everywhere, so that part is built once and shared, which is what keeps the price of your own agent within reach. What is never shared is the part that makes it useful: your vocabulary, your templates, the margins you will not go below, and the order the jobs happen in.
How this works for your industryIs this you
Four signs Panorithm is worth your time.
If you recognise three of these, there is almost certainly something in your mail worth finding. If you recognise none of them, we will tell you so on the first call.
Credentials and commitments
Who has checked us, and what is true from the first day.
Find out what is actually eating your week.
A diagnostic is four to six weeks and a fixed price. You get a report naming what is unchased, what is leaking and which jobs are worth handing to an agent, and you keep it whether or not you build anything. If you would rather just watch the software read some documents first, that is a demo and it is a shorter conversation.
